Since 1966, Norton Auctioneers have conducted thousands of fair market evaluations for banks, finance companies, bankruptcy courts, receivers, manufacturers, attorneys, corporations, and individuals.

Our appraisals are typically needed for re-finance, divorce, estate planning, mergers, dissolution of partnerships, bankruptcy, restructuring, sale and asset redistribution.

To establish values, we use comparable sales from Norton auctions around the country, in addition to our own data base of other private sales. Each appraisal is performed to our client’s needs and may include photos, serial numbers, condition, location, comparable sales, etc.
